What is the minimum quantity for an order?

Quantities can be discussed indivudually but are typically placed in orders of 144.  Glass and Ceramics are cased in various size case packs, thus each style must conform to the individual case pack quantity.

As the wares we produce for you are glass and ceramic it is important to remember that breakage can occur either in the firing process or when shipping the wares.  Even though we take every precaution to ensure that your wares are not broken in the “transit” process sometimes breakage can occur.  Make sure when you are ordering for special event or gathering that you order enough to account for possible breakge so no one goes home without a momentum of your very special event.

What is the delivery time?

We start your custom decorated program from the beginning.  Our delivery time runs between 4-6 weeks from the time you approve the art that has been created and receipt of your order.

How do you ship merchandise?

The shipping method is determined according to weight, destination and how we deem best. Our carriers vary depending on your wants and needs, to get the best possible pricing and careful delivery of your order. Shipments that do not exceed 115 lbs are sent either UPS or FedEx. If an order indicates a method of shipping we will follow through accordingly.

What is FOB?

Freight On Board. All merchandise is shipped from Kapan-Kent’s factory in Oceanside, California.
